About this Project

The Laird’s Waiting Room, was built around 1847 and is a former private waiting room and ticket office.   By 2014, the building was in serious disrepair, and was no longer wind and watertight with the roof partially collapsed.   Working with our client, Fife Historic Buildings Trust and Ladybank Development Trust’s , there project development that the building was repaired and converted to provide a small multi-purpose community meeting room with adjoining small kitchen and disabled toilet facilities.
